Q- What is the experience of the author of this training course?

A- Kellene Bishop has been in the lending industry for over 15 years. She is an accomplished trainer specifically in the education of technical matters- quite the feat when you consider that she has to keep her audience "alive" for 9 hours at a time while covering such content! For over a year and a half she successfully captured the attention of her students, non-stop, for 4 days of meaty subject matters! Not only did her students give her rave reviews, many of them paid to take her course TWICE! Kellene elected in the beginning to only offer this course for a brief window of time based on her knowledge of the market and ideal timing.

Q-If I don't have any commercial experience, am I still eligible for the course?

A- The key is not commercial experience, so much as it's finance experience. This exclusive training course is ideal for CPAs, Real Estate Attorneys, Commercial and Residential Real Estate Investors, Residential Loan Officers who merely dabble in commercial, and Commercial Real Estate Agents. Finance experience is a must. However, relating to commercial, Kellene has been surprised at how well some individuals have done with her course that have had no experience in commercial whatsoever, however, that has been an exception, rather than the rule. Conversely, she's also been surprised how some folks have done who have had extensive experience in the commercial industry. Perhaps it's a matter of an old dog not being able to learn new tricks. If the rest of your application gives Kellene pause to accept you into her course, then you will need to demonstrate teachability and a willingness to follow her instructions verbatim in order to fill in the gaps you may have with commercial finance experience.

Q- How long will it take me to complete this course?

A- It all depends on you and the time you have to dedicate towards your training and your ability to focus. There are 8 volumes of training, divided in 10 to 12 hour increments. The first volume is sent to you right away. You will have 30 days to review it. The subsequent volumes are sent to you every 2 weeks thereafter. If an individual dedicates one very full day to each volume of information, it will take a total of 8 full days. But since this course is full in information, we don't recommend you absorbing it all in one sitting. That's why we've deliberately divided it in these increments. 8 full days is clearly worth it considering the dramatic impact this can have on your bank account if you implement what she teaches you!

Q- What kind of experience should I have in order to benefit from your training course?

A- You must have some experience in financing, even if it's as a CPA, residential loan officer, bank officer, etc. This course is advanced and thus some of the most basic fundamentals of finance will not be explained in this course content.

Q- How long will it take for my package to arrive?

A- It will take no longer than 4 weeks for the first volume of your exciting course to arrive. You will be sent an additional volume in your course every two weeks after you've had one month to review the first volume. There are a total of 8 volumes in your training course.

Q- Do you have any finance options for paying for the course?

A- Sorry. We do not offer any financing for the Commercial Career XE training course.

Q- Do you provide the course to us in a digital format?

A- The Commercial Career XE course is comprised of CDs which contain audio content as a supplement, but the rest of the course is in a hard copy format. We have found that this makes for a better learning environment as it enables the saving of places on key pages, note taking, etc. This way you can absorb it anywhere, any time.

Q- Why don't you accept American Express or Discover Card?

A- We have deliberately elected not to take these methods of payment because we did not approve of their merchant service standards. However, you do have the option of paying through Google Checkout if you desire, and thus can pay through Discover or American Express via that route.

Q- Am I required to have a license in order to broker commercial loans?

A- Most states do not have licensing requirements to originate commercial loans. Please check with your state licensing office to ensure you have no additional licensing requirements. Additionally, Kellene provides you with additional key finance solutions that you may offer your clients which require absolutely no licensing as well.

Q-Do I need a Financial or other type of college degree in order to originate commercial loans.

A- No, although accounting and other analytical degrees are beneficial.

Q- Is Commercial Career XE a lender?

A- Absolutely not. However, Commercial Career XE has created several proprietary relationships to which we MAY be able to refer you subsequently. However, you'll discover after your training how this question may actually be a misguided one to ask, as you'll be enlightened as the ideal way to establish your business.

Q- I'm extremely interested in getting certified as a CFS Agent with the Commercial Finance Specialist Association. How do I apply for that?

A- Because of the highest standard of excellence required by the CFS Association, only successful students of Commercial Career XE program are considered eligible as CFS Agent candidates as they will possess a foundation that is uncommon elsewhere in the world of education.. So you're actually taking the first required step right now towards obtaining that goal.

Q- What is the number one reason why any of your previous students have failed to be successful through your training?

A- Their mindset. While this may seem like a frivolous, simple or even cliché answer, in those few times individuals weren't successful, we found that it was because they truly couldn't fathom earning the type of income and working with they type of clients that we teach them is available to them. The student was too intimidated, or too weak in the assertion of their own value. The fundamentals of financial solutions were clearly there. The ability to execute was there. But the heart and the mind were not on board to believe that it would, indeed, be accomplished. Case in point- Kellene currently receives $5,000 for any initial hours of consulting she proffers. ($2500 for each subsequent hour.) Is that astonishing to you, or does that fall in line with what your current belief system is? Most folks would have quite a challenge charging only $1500 for an hour of their time. So clearly there is some mental work to be done there. And Kellene can't hypnotize you or change that mindset for you with a wave of her wand. You, and only you, can decide to buy into that value.
